Different Types of Self-Care: Are You Doing Them All?

Stimulate your mind! Reading a book or learning a new skill are great ways to do this. 

5. SOCIAL 

Humans are naturally social beings. Creating connections takes care of this need! Rconnect with an old friend or even start a conversation with a person standing next to you in line at a shop.

6. SENSORY

Sight, smell, sound and touch. By stimulating our senses, we can lower stress levels. Light a scented candle, listen to music, or even take a walk on the sandy beach.
