How to Decorate Your Coffee Table

The Jules + Gem Hawaii lifestyle is influenced by the essence of hygge, which is the quality of coziness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being in the Danish culture. There are various hygge hobbies including candle making (one of our faves, of course!), photography and organizing just to name a few.

Here, we merge the concept of hygge with the flavors and love of our island home. At Jules + Gem, we love interior design (another hygge hobby!), and this week we're showing you how to master the art of coffee table design using our candle products.

Pretty coasters also add a nice touch to your coffee–even though most of the time they don’t get used, haha! We're loving agate crystal coasters right now. Lastly, try playing with color. Use items with similar colors, and if you desire a clean look, stick to white or neutral hues. Sometimes it’s can be fun to throw in a contrast with a clean look, and surprise your eye with a pop of color. Happy Hygge Hobbying!
