How do i sign up?
Click join now at the top of this page. If you have already created an account with Jules & Gem Hawai‘i as a shopper, create your loyalty program account with the email address you used at checkout.
how do i earn points?
Once you've created an account, make a purchase (in store or online) and start earning 1 point for every $1 spent. Additionaly, you can refer a friend to earn points. If you're shopping in store, be sure to give our team your name or email to ensure you earn points. If you're shopping online, just make sure you're signed in!
how do i use my points toward purchases
Log in to your account, then choose from our rewards at checkout online.
how do i check my points balance?
Log in to your account for an instant overview. You can also click rewards history to see your total in detail.
I’ve made purchases in the past but I don’t see any available points in my account. Why is that?
Here are the most common reasons why:
(1) You weren’t logged in to your account when you made a purchase.
(2) You recently made a purchase. Points earned may take a few days to appear in your account.
(3) You made a purchase using a different email address at checkout.
I'm in a VIP tier. How do I redeem my birthday discount?
If you're in a VIP tier (Plumeria, Puakenikeni or Pikake), you're eligible for a discount on your birthday. On your birthday, you'll receive an email with a discount code. Present the email with your unique discount code to a sales associate to redeem it in store. If shopping online, simply add your discount code at checkout to redeem it on our website.
