Great experience!

I bought this item as a Christmas present, so I unfortunately won't be using this. However, I did get to smell it before I wrapped it and it smells so good! I might just have to buy another one for myself. I ordered this along with 3 other diffusers. One of the diffusers leaked during shipment and damaged all of the boxes. I contacted Jules & Gem and they were quick to reply and replace the damaged diffuser and boxes. Such great customer service! Happy to support an awesome local business.
